Role Summary
This role will serve as the first point of contact for Perform Properties' Santa Monica Office, creating a warm, polished, and professional experience for employees, guests, and vendors. This role manages the front desk, partnering closely with the Administrative and People & Culture teams to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.
This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and the hours are generally 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in all visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression and managing the visitor check-in system

  • Answer and route incoming calls and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments and courier services

  • Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common spaces so they are clean, stocked, and presentation-ready in partnership with the Office Services Assistant

  • Monitor and order office supplies, snacks, and beverages

  • Handle ad hoc projects and errands that keep the office and team supported

Qualifications
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, office coordinator, or administrative support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fully on-site role

  • A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude and a desire to help others

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus

Benefits & Compensation
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
Base Hourly Range: $30.00 - $32.00/Hour
