Job description

Job Title: Dishwasher & Custodian
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Reports to: Shift Manager / Store Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dishwasher & Custodian to support our busy building that houses three unique restaurants working together. In this essential role, you will keep dishes sanitized and the entire facility (kitchen, front of house, restrooms, and patio) clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Front of House dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and service counters.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly and on a regular schedule.
  • Keep the exterior patio clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks and deep cleaning as needed. 
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines across the shared facility.

Requirements: 
  • Previous dishwashing or custodial experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and move quickly. 
  • Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
