    Job description

    Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer III to perform the following, but not limited to:

    • Project Manager and/or Lead Engineer for bridge design,bridge inspection and load rating tasks associated with transportation improvement projects

    • Bridgereplacement/rehabilitation projects, NBIS bridge safety inspections, locally administered transportation projects,

    • Highway bridges projects for a variety of clients - including PennDOT, SEPTA, DRPA, DRJTBC, BCBC, MDOT SHA, MDTA and DCDOT, local municipalities and agencies in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

    • Opportunity to work with challenging bridge projects using 3-D BIM(bridge information modeling) platforms.

    Required Attributes

    • PE License.
    • Years of experience: 12 or more.
    • Management experience: 4-7.
    • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.

    • Having the ability to work in a TeamEnvironment is key.

    • Experience with plan production and assembly. Demonstrated experience in Bridge Information Modeling

      (BrIM) including OpenBridge.

    • Demonstrated experience in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience. Bluebeam PDF editor is desired.

    Preferred Attributes

    • MS Civil / Structural Engineering.
    • Experience in finite element analysis using CSI Bridge, LUSAS, STAAD, SAP2000 or others modeling software.
    • Experience in project management software such as Primavera P6.
