    Are you someone who appreciates the outdoors, is detail-oriented, and enjoys independent work? Path Light Pro is seeking a dynamic and talented Safety Quality Specialist to join our team!     Essential Functions

    • Be open to 25 - 30% overnight travel and 50 - 70% overall travel (including day trips) for client meetings, performing safety or stormwater audits, training, and coverage of routes.
    • Assure quality for safety measures across all Path Light Pro markets.
    • Support technical and quality control efforts for safety/OSHA compliance.
    • Work to improve Compliance Field Consultant and Area Supervisor efficiencies regarding safety.
    • Conduct construction site evaluations to assess EPA stormwater compliance, OSHA safety compliance, and verify that proper erosion and sediment control practices (BMPs) and safety measures are in compliance with pertinent regulations.
    • Collaborate with corporate office departments on processes that allow greater revenue/client satisfaction/cost reduction for safety measures.
    • Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite recordkeeping stormwater/safety log books.
    • Help bring new business to Path Light Pro by fostering relationships with clients and potential clients.
    • Communicate specific requirements of state and local stormwater and safety regulations to client onsite personnel.
    • Conduct safety training and coaching/development for Area Supervisors and Compliance Field Consultants.
    • Consult with clients to stay ahead of potential compliance issues and improve efficiency and operations.
    • Reinforce company values, response time, accountability, and execution.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Favorable Skills

    • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certification
    • Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations is a plus
    • Stormwater knowledge is a plus
    • Positive team player
    • Client Communication and relationship building
    • Strong attention to detail

    Requirements

    • Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
    • Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground
    • Must have dependable transportation
    • Must be able to travel and work at remote sites
