Park Inc is looking for a part-time outgoing, customer-focused Parking Ambassador to work at our client locations in Charlotte, NC! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting others and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Â

- Hours: Part-time hours working 30 or less hours per week at various times throughout the week. May include days, evenings, late night, and weekends. Hours vary based on patron use of the parking areas.

What Do Parking Ambassadors Do?
As a Parking Ambassador, you will:
- Assist in the daily operation of assigned parking facilities.
- Migrate from lot to lot to ensure proper payment of parking fees.
- Issue citations to non-paid guests.
- Regularly inspect lot signage, report deficiencies, and perform repairs/replacements as needed.
- Promote courteous customer treatment and resolve guest service issues promptly.
- Follow company policies to ensure efficient, safe, and secure operations.
- Report accidents or incidents immediately to your supervisor.
- Maintain lot integrity and appearance, including trash removal and grounds upkeep.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.

- Dependability: A consistent and reliable work ethic.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld digital devices.
- Dynamic and Personable: Ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Professional but Firm: Capable of handling conflict situations such as towing or booting vehicles when necessary.
Requirements
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet operational needs. Including days, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
- Strong customer service focus and a commitment to creating positive experiences.
- Must be willing and able to use personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
