    7 Eleven Sales AssociateJoin a High-Energy Team That Moves Fast & Wins Together

    Location: DFW Airport 7- Eleven Terminal A, D, and E
    Reports To: Assistant General Manager
    Classification: Non-Exempt

    Shifts: Monday-Sunday 4AM-2PM with 2 Off days

    Paradies Lagardère in the DFW Airport.

    At Paradies Lagardère, we don’t just “ring up customers.” We deliver First Class Service every single shift. We’re looking for driven, customer-focused Associates who can think on their feet, sell with confidence, and keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Greet every customer with energy and purpose

    • Recommend products based on real needs, not scripts

    • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

    • Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store

    • Manage inventory tasks like receiving, cycle counts, and transfers

    • Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures

    • Solve problems calmly and escalate when needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred

    • Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor

    • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment

    • Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated

    • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet

    • Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
