Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, whereyou'llensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, andmaintainingaccuraterecords in Oracle.You'lltroubleshoot discrepancies,optimizeworkflows, and contribute to continuous improvement.Ifyou'redetail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do

• System Updates:MonitorOracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.

• Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.

• Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.

• Process Improvement: Drive efficiency byidentifyingandeliminatingwaste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.

• Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.

• Inventory Monitoring: Track critical raw materials and products and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.

What You Will Bring

• Education:High school diplomarequired.

• Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouserole.

• Project Management:Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Software:Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.

• Skills:Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability toidentifyissues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.

• Customer Focus:Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.

Shift:3:00pm - 11:00pm

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour +15% shift differential! Pleasenotethe salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications,as well asmarket and business considerations.
