    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Palco, Inc. is a national provider with over 25 years of experience in self-directed programs. The Product Manager is responsible for the direction and leadership of a product, creating and executing a product plan to achieve corporate goals and managing relationships related to the product.
    Responsibilities:
    • Create short-term and long-term product visions for various Palco solutions
    • Research industry trends and market demands
    • Be able to anticipate market and industry trends and client demands
    • Provide innovative new products and solutions that are imaginative, that are best for our clients, and ultimately further the core Palco objectives
    • Demonstrate a passion for understanding customer problems and creating innovative solutions
    • Gather and document product requirements from relevant parties
    • Manage key initiatives
    • Set clear product implementation direction for the implementation teams
    • Be responsible for product planning and execution through the product lifecycle
    • Be able to work with your product owner and corresponding IT teams to achieve your product vision and roadmap
    • A proven leader, able to influence at all levels of the organization
    • A proven ability to work collaboratively with others to influence development teams within an Agile framework
    • Strong technology background and proven aptitude for staying current with latest developments in software technologies
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet implementation deadlines
    • Communicates clearly with internal and external users of the system, including presenting new ideas and listening to user feedback
    • Develop project plans to release new features to market
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects effectively
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • 5 or more years of experience in Product Management

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
    • Experience working with Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs
