Hours of Operation: Flexible hours - Morning & Afternoon
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases
- Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress
- Review reports and session notes
- Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
- Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 5-6 clients
- Billable hour expectations: (dependent on client needs)
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $85-110K (full-time); $85-110 / hourly (part-time)
- Bonus structure: Annual bonus opportunity
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- PTO: 15 days (+5 sick days)
