At PAI, as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED to join our team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important.
