Job description

A unique Diagnostic Radiology opportunity is available in a breathtaking Rocky Mountain setting, offering a nocturnal schedule designed for both productivity and lifestyle balance. This position focuses on overnight emergency reads, allowing physicians to work independently while supporting a growing in-house service line. With a one-week-on, two-weeks-off schedule, providers benefit from significant time off while maintaining strong earning potential. The role is primarily diagnostic, with a focus on CT, MRI, ultrasound, and ER-driven cases, without requirements for mammography or procedures. Physicians can choose to work remotely from approved states or relocate to be part of a highly desirable mountain community. This is an ideal opportunity for radiologists seeking flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth within an expanding program.
 
Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • Nocturnal schedule: 10 PM - 7 AM, one week on/two weeks off  
  • W-2 employed position with stable long-term structure  
  • Base salary ~$615K + quality bonus ~$32K  
  • Sign-on and relocation available (higher for on-site)  
  • Remote option available in approved U.S. states  
  • Diagnostic-only practice: CT, X-ray, ultrasound, limited MRI  
  • No mammography, nuclear medicine, or procedures required  
  • ER-focused reads including stroke and trauma cases  
  • Average ~20 cases per night with projected growth  
  • Expanding in-house radiology service line  
  • EPIC EMR and Merge PACS system  
  • Workstation provided for remote physicians  
  • Goal to build a 3-physician nocturnal team
