    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, understand business needs, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

    • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

    • Conduct initial assessments and technical screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
