  • Coordinate across Vendors and internal teams: Oversee the integration between battery supplier deliverables and product development needs.
  • Ensure Quality: Drive testing and validation of battery performance, reliability and safety standards.
  • Ensure Battery Compliance: Ensure battery compliance readiness across all channels, markets and logistics chains.
  • Shape Practices: Establish best practices for battery program execution across NPI and Sustaining programs, mentor senior team members, and foster collaboration.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 10+ years experience in NPI Hardware development  build and test cycles
  • Proven track record shipping innovative products with custom battery systems (wearables preferred).
  • Strong technical depth in battery technologies and power systems across system architecture and managing technical tradeoffs.
  • Knowledge of battery test methodology at cell level and system level
  • Experience working with product, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, compliance and regulatory to author requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and global cross-timezone programs.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and wearable technology.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with global battery suppliers, contract manufacturers, and supply chains
