Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments across multiple service routes.
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests.
- Work closely with field technicians to optimize schedules and improve efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
- Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments as needed.
- Support operational goals by helping ensure technicians maximize service capacity.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
