Employment & Labor Attorney (2–6 Years)


Locations: Atlanta, GA | Charlotte, NC | Houston, TX | Miami, FL | Chicago, IL


About the Role:

Our client, a well-established firm with a robust Employment & Labor practice, is seeking an associate attorney with 2–6 years of experience representing employers in labor and employment matters. The firm handles high-stakes litigation, compliance counseling, workplace investigations, and EEOC claims across various industries.


Responsibilities:


  • Defend employers in federal and state court litigation
  • Represent clients before the EEOC and NLRB
  • Conduct workplace investigations and advise on compliance
  • Draft policies, employee handbooks, and training materials
  • Support complex class action and wage & hour cases (FLSA, ADA, Title VII)


Qualifications:


  • 2–6 years of employment litigation experience
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active membership in the state bar (or ability to waive in)
  • Strong writing and client communication skills


Preferred:


  • T25 law school or strong regional credentials
  • Experience advising on union negotiations or HR audits
