How You’ll Contribute
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments with accuracy and urgency.
- Serve as customers’ primary contact for inquiries, updates, and follow-through.
- Maintain rigorous records and documentation across systems.
- Monitor work orders and drive timely completion, escalating issues when needed.
- Facilitate communication among technicians, suppliers, and customers to resolve problems quickly.
- Coordinate parts to align with customer delivery timelines and handle shipping needs with the parts department.
- Track service department tools to ensure availability and accountability.
