    Job description

    Field Service Logistics Coordinator

Are you the kind of person who can turn a full day of moving parts into a smooth plan? Do you enjoy answering customer questions, lining up technicians, and making sure the right parts arrive on time? Ready to own the timeline from first call to final closeout?

    Imagine This Scenario

A customer needs service tomorrow morning. You confirm the request, match the job with the ideal technician, lock the appointment, and coordinate with the parts department so everything ships to meet the customer’s delivery window. You track the team’s tools, update the database, and keep the customer in the loop. The work order closes on schedule—because you made it happen.

    How You’ll Contribute
    • Schedule and dispatch service appointments with accuracy and urgency.
    • Serve as customers’ primary contact for inquiries, updates, and follow-through.
    • Maintain rigorous records and documentation across systems.
    • Monitor work orders and drive timely completion, escalating issues when needed.
    • Facilitate communication among technicians, suppliers, and customers to resolve problems quickly.
    • Coordinate parts to align with customer delivery timelines and handle shipping needs with the parts department.
    • Track service department tools to ensure availability and accountability.
    • Generate reports and keep databases updated for full operational visibility.
    • Deliver consistently great customer service and support.
    What You’ll Need
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
    • Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or service coordination.
    • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Opportunity: Professional development opportunities are available to support your growth.
