Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.
  • Oversee management of chronic diseases, preventive health, acute conditions, and mental wellness with a focus on patient engagement.
  • Perform detailed physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized care strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists, care coordinators, and behavioral health providers to ensure holistic treatment plans.

Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for or currently possess an active Massachusetts medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in clinical diagnostics with a strong emphasis on proactive healthcare.
