Reception Team Manager, OPA�Anchorage, Full-Time
Orthopedic Physicians Alaska seeks a highly skilled, dedicated and professional Receptionist Team Manager to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. This management position provides supervision to receptionists, working closely with clinical managers and physicians to ensure smooth running of the reception areas, and efficient and positive patient flow, serving as receptionist as needed.

Representative duties
� Assume role of receptionist on a regularly scheduled basis
� Ensure all persons are received in a professional and courteous manner
� Produce reports on appointment patterns/trends and recommend improvements
� Interview, hire and lead staff, acting as a role model for established standards
� Review and approve PTO requests, manage/input staff schedules, and address absences
Knowledge and skill requirements
� Reliable and detail oriented
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
� Understanding of leadership and team principles
Required qualifications
� Three (3) years office experience or educational equivalent
� One (1) year experience in a leadership role
� High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (in addition to required) qualifications
� Three (3) years office experience in a clinical setting
� One (1) year experience in a leadership role in a clinical setting
� Associates degree in business or related field
