Job description

The Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth by acquiring new clients and managing sales opportunities within assigned local and regional territories. This position focuses on selling in the construction industry and involves a balanced mix of client engagement, market analysis, and contract negotiation. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role offers a structured path for career progression.


Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new client relationships
  • Generate and qualify leads within the assigned territory
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects
  • Manage and prioritize territory activities effectively
  • Negotiate contracts to close sales agreements
