Job description

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8a to 4:30pm - occasional weekend

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transportation service for Trinity Woods members.

Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement ofย Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TWโ€™s person-centered philosophy.

Job Requirements:

  1. High school graduate or GED.
  2. Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation position desired.
  3. A valid Oklahoma Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is preferred.ย 
  4. Strong interpersonal relationship skills and supervisory skills.
  5. Must maintain exemplary driving record.
  6. Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Provides safe transportation for members as required to accommodate individual and group needs.

  1. Coordinates daily transportation schedules with the Transportation Supervisor.
  2. Helps members to and from bus, van or car and into the destination place if needed.ย 
  3. Maintains all medical or healthcare information pertaining to members as confidential.ย 
  4. Reports any transportation problems with members to Transportation Supervisor or Director of Member Services.
  5. Inspects interior/exterior of transportation vehicles for vacuuming and washing, installation of fuel, etc. on a daily basis.
  6. Monitors basic maintenance requirements of transportation vehicles and coordinates with Transportation Supervisor.
  7. Provides backup coverage for front Receptionist/Concierge desk as needed

  1. Maintains confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing confidential matters.
  2. Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior with members, families, co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, and other department staff.
  3. Maintains positive working relationships with management and co-workers; willingly follows directions and requests as appropriate.

  5. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of work assignments and performs in a manner to meet quality and timeliness objectives.
  6. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures; seeks clarification or interpretation from appropriate supervisor when needed.
