    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Nyla Technology Solutions is a provider of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Software Engineering services for the U.S. Government. They are seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to streamline code deployments, integrate APIs, and optimize cloud-native applications while ensuring system stability and resilience.
    Responsibilities:
    • Streamline continuous code deployments, integrate vital APIs, and ensure flawless component alignment across complex ecosystems.
    • Build systems that make a lasting impact.
    • Derive high-level technical requirements to containerize applications and collaborate across multi-team project horizons.
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
    • Core Software Engineering: Solid programming experience with Python along with a strong background deriving software requirements.
    • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven, hands-on experience provisioning and managing resources using Terraform.
    • Containerization Frameworks: Practical experience working with Kubernetes (K8s) or AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS).
    • Cloud Deployment: Direct experience deploying secure, cloud-native applications within an AWS ecosystem.
    • Collaboration & Process: Strong Agile lifecycle experience coupled with a track record of successfully collaborating on multi-team software projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 14 years of experience, or 18 years of relevant experience.
    Preferred:
    • Experience establishing or optimizing GitLab CI/CD pipeline automation.
    • Background designing and deploying complex, full-scale AWS architecture.
    • Familiarity with enhancing cloud stability, resilience, and automated failover strategies.
