Location:Kiefer, OK (On-site only)
Salary:$55,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Type:Full-time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | Occasional Saturdays (Spring & Fall)

Nutri-Green is looking for anOffice Managerto lead our office team, improve systems, and help ensure our customers receive the exceptional service we're known for.

This is akey leadership roleresponsible for managing office staff, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth of our company.

This role has the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position as the company continues to expand.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the office team
  Oversee daily office operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  Manage staff performance, accountability, and productivity
  Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
  Maintain and improve office procedures and systems
  Coordinate communication between office staff and field teams
  Support leadership with reporting and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office management or leadership experience preferred
  Strong leadership and communication skills
  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  Proficient with Microsoft Office and office software
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
  

Location:In-office position in Kiefer, OK
