Ready to lead a kitchen and make an impact from day one?
NU3S is hiring a Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations while working hands-on alongside the team in our busy café. This role combines cooking, team leadership, training, inventory management, and quality control. If you're an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
• Experience as a Head Cook, Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager with hands on cooking experience
• ServSafe Certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High-volume food service experience preferred
• Café, deli, bakery, QSR, or fast-casual experience a plus

- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Support menu execution, specials, and process improvements
- Partner with management to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment
