    The position of Service Desk Technician I is a critical functional role within the User Services Group.ย This position handles all support requests made to the Service Desk for our client base.ย Requirements also include providing support for the organization.ย ย 
    Summary of Location and Hoursย ย 

    • This is an on-site position based in our Tampa, FL office.
    • Monday - Friday; thisย role also includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule that includes weekends.ย ย 

    What you will be doingย ย 

    • Responsible for creating, tracking, andย maintainingย customer service requests (tickets) within our PSA system.ย ย 
    • Provide technical support hardware, software,ย networkย and application problem resolution to our clients via phoneย call,ย emailย and chat.ย ย 
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients via phoneย call,ย emailย and chat.ย ย 
    • Work with other IT associates and vendors in resolving issues related to software or hardware.ย ย 
    • Maintain department-approved training, mentoring, and certification perย companyย standards.ย ย 
    • Perform other tasks andย duties asย assigned byย Serviceย Desk Manager.ย ย

    Youโ€™llย be successful in this role if you haveย ย 

    • Strong writtenย & verbalย communication skills.ย ย 
    • Robust system and network documentation skills.ย ย 
    • One or more of the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MS-900 or above (strongly preferred)ย ย 
    • Must be willing to work in a robust team environment.ย ย 
    • Must be able to work independently and complete work within specified deadlines.ย ย 
    • Excellent problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.ย ย 
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills are imperative, withย demonstratedย capability for problem determination and resolution.ย ย 
    • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and properly prioritize client issues and needs.ย ย 
    • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused attitude are imperative.ย ย 
    • Strong aptitude and the ability to pick upย new technologiesย quickly, adapting to the changing market. ย ย

    • Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orallyย ย ย 
    • Ability to write business correspondence and process proceduresย ย ย
