    • Distribution/Operations Administrative Assistant

    Responsible and not limited for providing administrative support to DC management, completing DC metrics, greeting visitors, event planning, assist with staffing plans, assisting with safety assignments, absenteeism and over time reports, supplies and uniform management, liaison for recruiter, support some onboarding assignments and warehouse tours as needed, filing and other duties as assigned.

    Schedule: 

    • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 1:30pm

    Qualifications Required:

    • High school diploma
    • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
    • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
    • Excellent attendance record.
    • Proficient in the English language (verbal and written)
    • Good customer/vendor relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Able to work both independently and as a team member.
    • Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable MVR according to AGR’s standards.

    Qualifications Desired:

    • Working knowledge of Operating Excellence principles and processes
    • Familiarity with Warehouse operations

    Hourly Pay: $20.00/HR
