Part-Time: - Every Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. | Every Sunday Sunday 3pm-11pm | Every Other Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun 4pm-12am)

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a new residential group home opening in Ewing NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with their activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, and a commitment to providing quality care.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
  • Assist with the development of independent living skills.
  • Monitor individuals' health and safety.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
