Nicholas Albernas State Farm is hiring a sales-focused Multiline Representative who is motivated by production, competition, and closing business. This is not a passive service role or a position for someone looking to wait for opportunities to come in. This is a performance-driven sales role for someone who wants to actively prospect, build a pipeline, recommend coverage, and close insurance solutions.
If you are energized by sales conversations, confident asking for the business, and motivated by clear production goals, this opportunity is built for you.
Licensing Requirements – Full Licensing Required

  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.
  • Full licensing support, study materials, and onboarding guidance are provided throughout the process.

Sales & Production Expectations

This is a sales-focused position with clear monthly production standards.
The successful candidate will be expected to sell a minimum of 35+ applications per month through new business, cross-selling, referral generation, outbound activity, and consistent pipeline management.
What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps and sales opportunities
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
  • Follow up consistently to convert quotes into bound policies
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and track production metrics daily
  • Deliver professional service while keeping a strong sales focus
  • Collaborate with team members to exceed agency production goals
  • Ensure compliance with agency and state insurance standards

  • A competitive, sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability and willingness to meet a requirement of 35+ applications sold per month
  • Property & Casualty license obtained prior to start date
  • Confidence handling objections and closing business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and disciplined follow-up
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above

What We Offer
  • Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
  • Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production
  • Full support through the licensing process
  • Ongoing sales training and professional development
  • A growth-focused, high-performance agency culture
