Location: Dallas, TX (Remote OK)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our client's digital workplace team. The ideal candidate will serve as both a consultant and administrator on the Nexthink platform, driving business value and defining strategic roadmaps aligned to workplace services goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Nexthink SME and thought leader, driving adoption and ROI of the Nexthink platform
  • Manage and administer Nexthink Experience and Nexthink Infinity platforms, including migration activities
  • Design and build custom dashboards, remote actions, and campaigns to address specific business requirements
  • Define a strategic Nexthink roadmap aligned to the overall workplace services strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Service Management, Security, and Network teams to surface Nexthink use cases
  • Ensure Nexthink collector versions are kept current across the environment
  • Deliver timely monthly reporting of key platform deliverables
  • Coordinate with Workplace Support teams to analyse and troubleshoot issues using Nexthink
  • Work independently under minimal direction on complex IT solutions
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend work as client needs arise
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Nexthink as both consultant and administrator
  • Proficiency with Nexthink Experience and Nexthink Infinity platforms
  • Knowledge of migration processes to Nexthink Infinity
  • PowerShell scripting (required)
  • Ability to create custom dashboards, remote actions, and campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in digital workplace or end-user computing environments
  • Familiarity with service management, security, and network domains
  • Experience defining IT strategic roadmaps
Location & Work Model
Dallas, TX - Remote work is acceptable.
