The Opportunity NTS is seeking a Program Coordinator-Operations Support to support a U.S. Department of State (DoS) contract. This individual will play a key role in assisting with travel coordination for personnel and supporting the development of program deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities *Essential Functions) Travel Coordination: * Manage and coordinate travel logistics and authorizations for program personnel, including flight bookings, lodging, transportation, and visa requirements. * Work closely with the program team to ensure timely and cost-effective travel arrangements. * Ensure compliance with all travel policies and regulations. * Collect travel documentation from travelers and ensure compliance for expense reporting. Program Deliverable Development: * Assist in the creation and maintenance of program deliverables, including reports, presentations, and proposals. * Collaborate with program managers to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements and deadlines. * Support tracking of program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines. General Administrative Support: * Coordinate meetings, briefings, and other program-related events. * Maintain program documentation, including travel records, meeting minutes, and status reports. * Assist with resource management, including tracking equipment, supplies, and personnel requirements and expense reports.
