Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods tailored to diverse patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other necessary social work interventions to clients undergoing challenging life situations.

• Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients under your care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will include children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. A significant focus will be placed on working closely with families to strengthen relationships and improve overall family dynamics. Your insights and interventions will directly contribute to enhancing mental health stability and quality of life for those you serve.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active State Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to evaluate client needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in outpatient settings or teletherapy environments is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with behavioral health therapy modalities, crisis intervention techniques, and integration of health equity considerations in treatment planning would be advantageous.
