Job description

Direct Support Professional: Hollands Hope | 2nd shift, 16 hours | Holland, MI

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
  • Support community outings, transportation, and activities
  • Build positive relationships and encourage independence
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and ability to build trust
  • Adaptable, patient, and resilient
  • Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences

What You Bring

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

Required:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
