Requisition Name: SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Team Lead
Service Location: Dublin, OH, Onsite,
Contract
Position Summary
The SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Team Lead will support end-to-end procurement processes, drive issue resolution, collaborate with business teams, and provide SAP MM functional expertise. The role requires strong experience with SAP MM, integrations, EDI/IDOC troubleshooting, production support, and cross-functional SAP module collaboration.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Drive issue resolution with strong ownership and initiative, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including:
- Purchase requisition creation
- Purchase order processing
- Goods receipt
- Invoice processing
- Payment lifecycle support
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide effective SAP MM solutions.
- Proactively manage escalations with:
- Clear communication
- Realistic timelines
- Effective stakeholder management
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP AIF interfaces and error handling.
- Possess strong knowledge of:
- EDI configuration
- IDOC configuration
- Interface testing
- Interface monitoring
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
Work extensively with integrated SAP modules, including:
- SAP FI
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- Technical teams
Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, including:
- OBYC
- Movement types
- Other MM configuration areas
Experience supporting:
- Production incidents
- Application support
- Issue escalation management
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
Deliverables
- Develop and maintain process flows.
- Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to client project team members.
- Participate as primary, co-author, or contributing author for project deliverables within assigned areas.
- Support data conversion and data maintenance activities.
- Provide SAP best practices and industry-specific solutions.
- Recommend alternative and out-of-the-box solutions when appropriate.
- Provide functional thought leadership and hands-on SAP configuration/development support as required.
- Participate as a key member of the SAP functional team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
