Job Title: Compounder | $19-20+ HR

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Occasional Fridays as Needed

Job Summary

Join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment producing spray tan and skincare products. This role is responsible for weighing ingredients, mixing batches, operating pumps and material handling equipment, and following batch tickets to ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and verify raw materials according to batch sheets and recipes.
• Mix and compound liquid and powder products following established procedures.
• Operate pumps and transfer materials between tanks, drums, totes, and pails.
• Monitor batch processes, including mixing, heating, and cooling.
• Collect samples for quality control testing.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
• Clean and inspect tanks and equipment before use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and all safety requirements.
• Assist with unloading materials and moving drums using appropriate equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of compounding, batch mixing, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience following recipes, formulas, or batch tickets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Comfortable working with large tanks and industrial mixing equipment.
• Ability to follow written procedures and GMP standards.
• Forklift/tow motor experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
