What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in both growing the agency and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and account servicing.
  • Educate customers about insurance products through personalized, needs-based conversations.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments and identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide outstanding customer care.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
  • Work closely with the agency team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Property & Casualty Insurance License is not required before hire. We'll help the right candidate obtain their license and provide the training needed for long-term success.
