Job description

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for ensuring Nan & Company Properties maintains high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports agents through compliance oversight, training, and transaction coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with TREC regulations and company policies.
  • Review transaction files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enforce internal document submission and approval processes.
  • Communicate compliance updates and documentation requirements to agents.

Training

  • Host weeklycompany-wide training sessions
  • Create/Maintain training guides, templates, and checklists.

Qualifications

  • Texas Real Estate License preferred.
  • Knowledge of TREC contracts and compliance.
  • Experience with SkySlope, TransactionDesk, and ZipForms preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible after 60 days).
  • 401(k) with up to a 3% employer match (eligible after 60 days).
  • Paid company holidays, including the employee's birthday.
