Job Title: Director of Strategic Healthcare Partnerships | Senior Living & Physician Services

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE $175,000–$200,000+

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

What Success Looks Like

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of senior living communities, ownership groups, and post-acute organizations.
• Create new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, market intelligence, referrals, and in-person relationship development.
• Secure meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, ownership groups, operators, and healthcare leadership teams.
• Present physician services, medical direction solutions, and clinical partnership opportunities.
• Navigate competitive environments and position Twin Cities Physicians as a long‑term strategic partner.
• Manage negotiations, proposals, contracts, and implementation handoffs.
• Consistently grow territory revenue through net‑new business acquisition.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience selling to executive stakeholders and ownership groups.
• Strong business acumen, professionalism, and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota to build relationships and close business.
