    The Regional Medical Specialist (RMS) will be responsible for educating across the continuum of healthcare providers on Assurex Health's pharmacogenomic product lines and relevant therapeutic areas. The RMS will develop and maintain internal and external relationships in assigned geographic areas, maintain a high level of customer service, and demonstrate accountability for their part in the corporate growth.     Myriad discovers and commercializes genetic tests that determine the risk of developing disease, assess the risk of disease progression, and guide treatment decisions across medical specialties where critical genetic insights can significantly improve patient care and lower healthcare costs.

    The Product Management organization establishes the full product value proposition and product positioning for all customers. The Product Management organization is also accountable to design outstanding customer experiences and works with partners (e.g., R&D, Market Intelligence, Technical Product Management and Business Unit Leads) to deliver best in class products. . This individual also lives by the company values - collaboration, Innovation, inclusive, caring, and committed. This position reports directly to the CCO of Myriad.
    This position is for a mission driven leader who has robust consumer marketing experience in healthcare and a passion to be part of a mission driven organization focused on patients.
    The successful candidate
    Leads the Product Management organization and its team of Product Managers.

    • Oversees Product Roadmaps and end to end product lifecycle.
    • Drives coordination and prioritization of feature with the tech and R&D organizations
    • Drives enterprise perspective on current and future state product portfolio, including which products should be sold in which channels
    • Responsible for Product P&L, revenue growth, success of product and product feature launches (product adoption and product experience).
    • Responsible for hiring and coaching a team of Product Managers who will lead new product development and business cases
    • Works with Product Managers to oversee the development of product roadmaps.
    • Partners closely with the customer team to gain customer insights and execute strategy
    • Collaborates with the leadership team and product marketing team to influence the overall objectives and long-range goals for the product makes decisions that have significant impact on these objectives and goals

    Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem including health economics, policy, and the regulatory environment
    Knowledge of each customer type e.g., HCPs, patients, payers

    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree, MBA, or other related graduate level degree preferred experience
    12+ years of experience with the majority working in a product management function
    Digital marketing and DTC experience preferred
    Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or molecular diagnostics industry.
    Experience in highly complex and competitive markets
