This position ensures continuity of school operations by greeting and assisting visitors, managing communications, and performing essential office tasks assigned by the administrator. Candidates must comply with and support MSD's regulations and policies. Substitute secretaries need to be available on an on-call basis.
POSITION DUTIES

This position is responsible for supporting the office's daily operations. Duties include maintaining sign-in/sign-out logs and following school procedures for visitor management and student dismissals or late arrivals; assisting with attendance reporting and daily announcements; supporting emergency drills and responses; and providing clerical support with basic office tasks. This position requires maintaining strict confidentiality of student and school personnel information and may be asked to assume other duties as assigned by the administrator or the Campus Chief Educational Programs Officer.

Experience: Two years performing office, secretarial type, or clerical work involving typing duties.
