The Director will proactively manage complexity across headquarters functions, establish the operating model and standards for field readiness, and ensure a seamless operational experience for field sales and account management teams by driving timely decision-making, resolving cross-functional constraints, and ensuring consistent, compliant execution at scale. Success requires executive-level program and project management leadership and strong subject enterprise.
