Responsibilities
What You'll Earn
  • $1,200/week during training - guaranteed
  • $2,000+/week for average and top performers
  • Weekly pay - every week, no waiting
  • Uncapped commission - no ceiling on what you can earn

What You'll Do
  • Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area

  • Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable and eager to grow professionally
  • Reliable with full-time availability - Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
