As a full-time employee, you will work onsite in a supportive environment alongside fellow therapists and health professionals dedicated to jointly achieving optimal patient results.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patient conditions through comprehensive assessments to identify specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to improve patient's mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with a focused caseload model of one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs to enhance patients' range of motion and reduce pain effectively.
• Document all patient care services thoroughly to maintain accurate therapy records while complying with professional standards and regulations.
• Actively engage with patients, providing education on treatment options that emphasize non-surgical interventions and lifestyle modifications for optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to formulate comprehensive approaches to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health and rehabilitation are addressed.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Motivate and support patients, encouraging adherence to prescribed exercises and wellness strategies that promote a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. We aim to empower patients through tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs, emphasizing patient education and engagement in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license by the relevant boards.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy and established competencies in therapeutic exercise programming.
• Proficient with healthcare management software, specifically WebPT EMR Software.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient therapy settings, preferably in a similar rehabilitation facility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful patient-specific treatment plans that result in measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities and the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
