Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating growth and recovery.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Set and collaboratively monitor therapeutic goals with clients, documenting progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate effective treatment continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to refine clinical skills and embrace innovative therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Entrustment Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Through individualized care, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients on their path to healing and stability.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A deep sense of empathy, combined with a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is preferred, but not required.
• Background in addiction treatment and a strong understanding of related therapeutic models.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
