BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is offering flexible fulltime, parttime, and PRN opportunities for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital (MPNB) in New Port Richey, Florida.

Position Highlights
  • No night call for CRNAs
  • Current openings: 12hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Flexible scheduling: PRN, parttime, and fulltime options
  • Three daycall shifts per quarter (weekends only) (if/when needed at MPNB; currently no CRNA call)
  • 4:1 supervision model with teambased practice; physicians actively encourage collaboration and CRNAs working at top of education/scope
  • Excellent support: strong OR leadership partnership, engaged hospital administration, and an approachable chief anesthesiologist who values CRNA input
  • Case mix you’ll see: Orthopedics, Vascular, General/Robotic, GU, ENT, GI, and IR sedation
  • Not performed: OB, Pediatrics, Hearts, Neuro
  • Operational footprint: 4 locations, Monday–Friday coverage
