Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques based on contemporary treatment models to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders of individuals and families.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform individualized treatment strategies and develop sustainable discharge plans for clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach based on the client’s specific treatment plan and goals.
• Create initial treatment plans upon assessment completion, coordinating additional services as needed while remaining adaptable to evolving client requirements.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy services rendered in accordance with organizational and professional standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage an assigned caseload efficiently, always being responsive to clients' needs and prioritizing their therapeutic success.
• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an integrated approach to client care.
• Display empathy and professionalism in all interactions, promptly addressing client concerns and working collaboratively to resolve issues.
• Ensure the highest standards of client safety and well-being are met and recognized as the organization's top priority.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team operations and client goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate clients across the lifespan is crucial to their successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Current state or national licensure as a mental health provider is mandatory; candidates must hold an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license issued by the State of Arizona.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing mental health therapy to a variety of age groups, including children and adolescents, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic techniques and interventions will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
