Job description

Own our revenue number and build the sales motion that takes us to the next stage of growth.

You might be a good fit if:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including experience closing mid-market deals and at least 2 years managing quota-carrying reps.
  • Comfortable owning the full sales process and can define, document, and improve it over time.
  • Directly managed AEs and Solutions Engineers, and know how to get the best out of a small, high-output team.
  • Metrics-driven and comfortable forecasting accurately, reporting to leadership, and holding yourself and your team accountable to the number.
  • Lead with energy and accountability — you know how to build a team culture where reps are motivated, supported, and proud of the work they do.
