Mohawk Chevrolet is actively looking for Automotive Service Advisors to Join our Team. Compensation range: $80,000-$145,000 for top performing individuals
Weekly pay
Monthly bonus
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically.
Ensure world class experience for all customers.
Obtain customer and vehicle information and perform walkarounds.
Clearly report all vehicle conditions and concerns as described by the customer.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update your customer on its progress.
Explain all work completed and the charges to the customer and review any upcoming service recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior service advisor experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Customer Service Background is a great start.
Self-Motivation is a key.
Organization, ability to follow process, and communication are all important keys to success in this position.
Communicate with enthusiasm about our products and services.
Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends.
Have a valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
