We are seeking a Compassionate and Adult ADHD Experienced Provider to Join our Team at Mindful. Mindful is a digital health company that is making high-quality psychiatric chronic care management more accessible and affordable for patients.

What we are looking for:

• A Provider who is Passionate about our Mission and Recognition of the impact on the Healthcare Industry
• Comfort working independently as well as with the Mindful team
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Experience diagnosing and treating patients with ADHD

Role:

• Conduct ADHD Evaluations
• On-Going Patient Management

Requirements:

• PMHNP
• Board Certified
• Applicable Valid DEA / License
• Computer Proficiency
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

$90 - $120 an hour
