The Role

Our Florida audit practice is built on community association work. Condominiums, HOAs, cooperatives, and timeshares rely on us for audits, reviews, and compilations under Chapters 718 and 720. This role carries its own book of association clients and works directly with boards and management companies.

What You'll Do

• Run audits, reviews, and compilations of condominiums, HOAs, cooperatives, and timeshares from records request through issued report
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and supplementary information under GAAP and Florida association reporting requirements
• Manage client and management company relationships, including records requests, open items, and communication of findings to boards
• Review workpapers prepared by junior staff and keep engagement binders complete and organized in CCH Engagement
• Train and mentor junior staff on association accounting and audit procedures

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA license or exam eligibility strongly preferred, not required with substantial CIRA experience
• One or more years of public accounting audit experience, including at least one year on community association (CIRA) engagements
• Working knowledge of CCH Engagement and UltraTax CS strongly preferred; strong Excel skills required
• Practical understanding of Florida Chapters 718 and 720 and association financial reporting
• Clear written and verbal communication with boards and management companies, and the ability to manage multiple engagements to deadline

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 to $115,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and licensure
