YOUR IMPACT

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of pricing & packaging strategies based on the current business and competitive environment. In this role you will conduct research and perform competitive pricing & packaging analysis and trends designed to support pricing strategy decisions. You will work in conjunction with product management, product marketing, sales and other key functions to determine go-to-market pricing & packaging on new product launches and optimise existing offerings.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Drive successful pricing outcomes as a core member of the OpenText Pricing team, partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing to develop and deliver competitive, compliant pricing proposals that support revenue growth and strategic positioning.
  • Influence pricing decisions through close collaboration with Operations, exploring multiple solution paths and implementing those that deliver the greatest commercial and operational value.
  • Own and coordinate endtoend pricing activities, including requirements gathering, pricing and sales data analysis, financial modelling, presentation of recommendations and coordination of crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Produce actionable pricing insights by reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing data to inform pricing and packaging optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, evaluate, and act on Seniorership and stakeholder guidance and feedback, translating input into practical improvements in pricing processes and outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3-5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, finance, or a related analytical role (enterprise software industry experience preferred).
  • Strong analytics, problem solving and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly (including ability to self-learn).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced global organization.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with PowerBI experience a plus.

Salary Range: $76,400 - $114,600; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
