Job Overview:

Pay Range $14hr - $19hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Background Check Required.
• Drug Test required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate safely within the organization's policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Perform critical operations to keep the facility running, including loading/unloading trucks and railcars.
• Engage in other grain handling activities including filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring, and blending.
• Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
• Maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, buildings, etc.
• Monitor equipment to ensure it's in good working order and participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.
• Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.
• Be an involved/engaged member of a team and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
• Work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders, and work from heights.
• Work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
